Well, in truth, I've been a bit poorly. It was as well I cooked a double portion of curry on day 19, as I was too ill to cook on day 20, so we ate the second portion, and I was too ill to eat anything but a bit of toast on day 21. There's a nasty bug going around, but at least it wasn't covid.
The good news is that because of the not eating, there was not a lot of cooking, and not any wastage either!

This post about the zero waste challenge felt real and friendly because it shared small changes someone can do at home, not big, confusing rules. Reading it made me think of a week when I had too much homework and had to plan my time carefully just to Finish my online finance class before exams. That taught me that steady routines and checking off tasks make busy days easier.
I also read the zero-waste challenge post, and it reminded me how small daily actions like reusing and reducing waste can add up to real change over time. Last semester I was so swamped that I had to take my online class late at night just to finish everything. That showed me that discipline and tiny steps help when deadlines stack up.
I liked how this article shows simple ways to reduce waste and think about what we use every day, because it makes big goals feel possible one step at a time. When I was once stressed with my work, I needed CIPD Assignment Writers to help me put my thoughts together and that made my writing feel clearer and calmer. Reading this reminded me that small changes and support can make hard things easier.
